This agreement represents the agreement and understandings between NickysGayThailand (hereinafter “NGT” or “NickysGayThailand.com” or “the Service”), its owners – Worth Media Group, and managers, and YOU (the individual accessing the NickysGayThailand website and its services (hereinafter “User”). Nickys Gay Thailand is not a pornographic website, and does not solicit or receive nude photographs, or other pornographic materials or media, or requests for publication of same on this website. Nickys Gay Thailand has not, nor will not authorize websites having pornographic, paedophilic or illegal content to link to NickysGayThailand.com
NGT reserves the right to change or discontinue any or all services offered such as advertising or any other services without notice.
The contents of any files, images, or other materials accessed by the User through NGT do not necessarily reflect the views or opinions of NGT. No inference regarding sexual orientation or sexual activity may be made from the appearance of any person in any image obtained through this service.

3. NGT services SHALL NOT be utilized to send unsolicited advertising or promotional materials to other network users. Electronic mail and appropriate USENET newsgroups may be used in the conduct of legitimate businesses. Continued harassment of other individuals on the Internet after being asked to stop by those individuals and NGT will not be tolerated. When NGT becomes aware of possible violations, we will initiate an investigation.
