Well advertised massage parlour, near the Night Market. They advertise great service using all-natural products. The range of masseurs is small, but they are a friendly bunch and only too eager to please.

Club One Seven – Charoen Prathet Road, Changklan

Located on the banks of the Ping River, 1km from the city center, is one of Chiang Mai’s hidden secrets. This 130 year old, Thai Teak Wood Guesthouse, newly refurbished, is off the usual tourist track, and is ideally positioned as a refuge and a base from which to discover the riches of Northern Thailand.

Built circa 1880, Club One Seven Chiang Mai, with it’s peaked roof and wide veranda porches,are a perfect example of an old-fashioned Thai style teak wood house that sits in a lush tropical garden.

There’s a real cozy ambiance that makes guests content to just spend time relaxing around the place particularly at one of the favored spots – overlooking the serene river. The guesthouse also features a gym and a sauna.

His Club offers all the usual massage services. They are located South of the city, quite near the river. Open daily from 3pm to 1am, if you like them they have a good “frequent visitor” promotion.

House of Male – Sirimangklajarn Rd, Soi 3, Huay Kaew

Set in the heart of Chiang Mai, this is a friendly sauna. It is in a tropical garden and there’s a pool, where you can laze, a gym where you can work out, and a steam room. They have a bar and snack restaurant which is inexpensive.

The main building is a Thai style teak mansion. It is in a quiet soi with plenty of parking, and they have a Tuk Tuk service if you don’t have your own transport. Open every day from noon to midnight.

Paradise – Sittiwong Road

Located in the centre of Chiang Mai, near the moat and just a few minutes north of Gecko Books, this new Spa only opened in March 2008. Decorated in Lanna and modern style, all massage rooms are private and have air conditioning.
