This is not just a group – it’s a living songbook of Spanish, rumba and salsa traditions,and a generation-spanning family of virtuosos who are proud torchbearers of gypsy culture.
When they released their self-titled debut album in 1987, they scored a huge international hit with “Bamboleo”. In America alone that album spent 40 weeks at the top of the charts. Since then the Kings have never stopped touring singing to the world and to great acclaim.
Fast forward a few decades and they remain a family affair, as two of the old stars from the Gypsy Kings take the stage with their sons in the Seven Kings.

BLAZE is a multimedia spectacle and nonstop dance show that unites 16 of the best street-dancers and breakdancers from around the world.
It has been created by a team of artistic director, choreographers and technical team, who have worked with names such as Kanye West, Lady Gaga, Lenny Kravitz, Justin Timberlake, Madonna, Missy Elliot, The Black Eyed Peas, Take That, Rolling Stones, Michael Jackson, and on productions as diverse as Batman Live, Sister Act, and Mamma Mia. One of India’s greatest epics, Ramayana or Ramakien as it is known in Thailand dates back approximately to the 5th to 4th century BC. The epic poem has ruled the performance arts in India and South East Asia for at least 2000 years. The epic’s origins are in India and Hinduism, but over the centuries the story has crossed seas and mountains, languages and religions, and is still a living performance tradition today.
Orissa Dance Company one of the most recognized and highly rated Indian Classical dance companies is known for their rendition of the Ramayana. In Bangkok the dancers will use all nine moods or rasas intrinsic to Indian classical dance to narrate an episode from Ramayana.

“The Four Seasons” Show Information

Talk about a trio of titans on one bill! All three of these much-loved works play off each other in startling ways, making for an unforgettable night at the symphony.
The overture Romeo and Juliet is known as one of the best treasures of Russian Symphonic classical music.
The Rhapsody on a theme of Paganini is an example of an absolute innovation of Rachmaninov as an artist and a philosopher.
The last symphony of Dvorák, the Symphony No. 9 ‘From the New World’ reflects the composer’s impressions on America, his thoughts about new life, people, and nature. While it sounds like a symbol of New World, it also expresses nostalgia, home-sickness of the composer.
Chelyabinsk State Symphony Orchestra consists of experienced, highly-qualified musicians, which could do an honor to any orchestra in Russia. An honoured and awarded artist by the Government of Russia, the conductor Anton Grishanin has been directing various orchestras in Russia as well as Deutsche Oper Berlin, Shanghai Philarmonic Orchestra, and Bolshoi Opera in Moscow.

Puccini’s much loved opera, Madam Butterfly, is back but this is a version that has never before been seen in Thailand and will delight opera fans with its unique perspective.
The interaction is not just between Pinkerton and Madame Butterfly as is usual but also an angel. While Madame Butterfly is enacted by Christina Sushkova giving voice to her feelings as an on-stage angel is soprano Yelena Rotkina. Madame Butterfly’s guardian angel is also her soul. Playing Pinkerton is tenor Dimitry Polkopin. The onstage dynamics of Madame Butterfly, the guardian angel who though an outsider is connected to the emotional drama as she is also the soul of Madame Butterfly and Pinkerton is what makes this production extra special.
This multi award-winning production by the 150 member Russian company will take the audience on a tumultuous journey: from love to tragedy.
With more than 20 performers boasting titles like the illustrious titles of People’s Artist and Honored Artist of Russia, the Chelyabinsk State Opera Theatre is one of the greatest such theatres of the country.

Planet Earth in Concert is a breathtaking celebration of music and film featuring a specially edited feature presentation of BBC’s The Planet Earth documentary series.
Planet Earth was the first natural history series to be filmed entirely in High Definition. Five years in production, over 2,000 days in the field, using 40 cameramen filming across 200 locations, this is the ultimate portrait of our planet, from the towering peaks of Nepal, to the lush green of the Amazon, interspersed with African deserts and polar icecaps.
Composer George Fenton’s score for Planet Earth was awarded an Emmy and Classical Brit. Last November the show premiered in London after touring in the US. This will be their first performance in Asia.

Today, the name Peter Marvey is mentioned in the same breath as legends like David Copperfield or Siegfried & Roy. Regarded as the best and most creative large-scale illusionist of the present, and the man of the future, Marvey only uses illusions he has created himself which some have become world-famous and are accepted as the world’s best illusions.
He has twice won the Merlin Award twice from the International Magicians Society, as well as the “Golden Magic Wand”, which was presented to him by Prince Albert of Monaco for the best magic show at the 1996 Grand Prix of Monaco when he was only 24.
Peter Marvey has performed his illusions in over thirty countries on five continents including Caesar’s Palace in Las Vegas, the Saitama Super Arena in Tokyo and the Theatre Princesse Grace in Monte Carlo.

They are also the first dance group to perform at the Lincoln Center, twice at The White House and the winner of National Medal of Arts (USA).

Tango, born in the working-class heart of Buenos Aires, conquered the whole world with it sensuality, beauty and soul-moving body language. It transcended cultural boundaries to become a worldwide phenomenon. The whole world moves to Tango; Yo-Yo Ma plays it, Al Pacino dances it. Its rise from local phenomenon to global fixture was underlined when it was declared as Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity by UNESCO in 2009.
Two of the Tango’s leading lights are Mariela Maldonado and Pablo Sosa who have shone since their debut in 1996. The duo have performed in some of the best Tango shows, undertaken extensive world tours and received rave reviews from international media, like The New York Times and the UK’s Ballet Magazine.
Their show Tango Legends in 2012 puts on stage the grand legends and history of this dramatic dance form. The group consists of 12 award-winning dancers, a remarkable quintet ViceVersa (piano, contrabass, bandoneon, violin and electric guitar) regarded as masters in their homeland of Argentina, and a skillful singer: all supported by an excellent technical team.
Carefully selected by the artistic directors and main dancers, Mariela Maldonado and Pablo Sosa, each scene and each performer has a magical touch, charming the audience right down to the last note and last move of the night.
These master artists will reveal what makes Tango legendary, displaying all styles with their signature glamour and sensuality.
Expect a performance that is not only electrifying but utterly compelling.
