The massage places come and go with alarming regularity. If you go to a place that’s reviewed here and it’s gone, I apologise, but I can’t check them all every day. However please do tell me and I’ll take it off the website so no one else does the same. Near the start of Silom Soi 4, this spa is a nice one. They offer Thai Massage, Foot Massage, Oil Massage, Aroma Massage, Facial Massage, Body Scrub, Manicure, Pedicure etc. You get the picture. The prices are OK and the settings are nice.

This is the first of the former “misc massage” places to get a visit from me and now I know why I’m reluctant to go round these tiny places. I saw a good looking lad outside and agreed to go in. I asked the receptionist for a 90 minute massage (600B) and agreed. We went upstairs to a huge barn of a room, with 2m high dividers at one end to make the private cubicles. There was a communal shower which I declined – preferring to shower at the end. I told the lad again 90 minutes and he said OK. My massage started OK. The lad seemed to know what he was doing, although the massage wasn’t delivered with any strength or enthusiasm.
After a bit he asked how much tip he would get and tried to suggest 2000B. Eventually we settled on a figure around half that, (I hate haggling) and the massage got interesting. In fact I had to insist the lad continued with the massage, rather than going straight for the climax. However he was ina hurry and that soon came. After it was done (and it had been hurried) he said 60 minutes OK? Not really I thought, as I had specifically asked for 90 minutes, but why pay extra, he then asked for 3000B tip. OK the “happy ending” was very happy and he did make the massage fun, but not 3000B worth. I paid the previously agreed amount, paid the 400B for an hour’s massage to the receptionist, and crossed another one off the list. Sorry guys.
This is on the 2nd floor above X-boys. Nice place, well kitted out. Suffers slightly from the “more sex than massage” syndrome, but what do you expect for a place in Soi Twilight?

BBB Inn is the Guest House of the BBB Group. 17 high standard rooms and 6 deluxe rooms in an exclusively gay hotel, a very few minutes walk from all major gay bars in Silom/Surawong Area. The 24 hour coffee shop serves drinks, food from outside. Pool table, reading corner, meeting place, Internet Café and wireless Lan network. Member of BBB Group.
They have now started offering massage too. It’s clean, well set up, but on the pricey side for what you get and the boys want an “over-the-top” tip too. One hour, one boy 600B for massage. I was asked for a 2,000B tip. The room had no private shower, and I was told it was 200B extra for a room with a private shower.

Great place with a big parade of boys out in Silom to cheer you up. It’s in the Silom 64 Building (which has KFC and Pizza Express at the front). Find a boy on the street you like the look of (you better make sure he’s one of theirs with the uniform on!) and he will take you up in the lift and give you a really nice massage. Prices are good (actually they’re cheap) and the service is fine. It’s advertised as Men for Men – but these men are on the younger side. I had a wonderful Thai massage from a lad called Pom. I can thoroughly recommend him – he’s definitely on my “go back again” list!
Give it a try. They get a good 9 out of 10 rating from me.
Nice place, well set up (although it has seen better days). It’s open from early afternoon to late at night. My main problem with it is they advertise massage including “body-to-body” and that seems to be all the boys do. If I wanted an oily boy rubbing his body on me …
For massage there are better places. For sexy fun, you can’t beat it!

“I’ve visited “Happy Center” (formerly G on our misc list)…very good! I recommend you ask for Dong, who happens to be the boy in the picture… the best! I asked for strong pressure, he delivered. I asked for 60 minutes (250 Baht), I got 70!.. and he is very eager to please at the end! Better than some of the higher-priced spas.”

Interesting new massage place. It’s JUST off the normal area in Soi Decho, off Silom. If you head West along Silom from the normal Soi 2/4 area, cross Thanon Naradhiwas Rajanagarindra where the BTS dives down to Sathorn, Soi Decho is the first main soi on the right.

New massage place in Soi Twilight. I can’t remember what was there before. As with all the places here, there is very little massage goes on and a lot more of the other! However the boys are cute, and if you’re in the right mood it’s a nice break. Clean enough (just) and (for Soi Twilight) not too expensive. Overall though it’s a lot of money to pay for the experience.
Basically a Sauna in the heart of the gay area of Bangkok. It has sauna, steam, jacuzzi – everything you’d want. I was told they offered massage too, but didn’t take advantage of that.It’s open from 2 pm to 6 am so there’s plenty of time to go there after clubbing and chill out.
Nice place. Everything you’d expect from an inner city sauna!

Really nice massage place at the start of Silom Soi 2. It’s clean and friendly and the boys do a good massage. I can recommend Mike for anyone interested!
The prices are right, the tips are not expected to be too high and the service is exactly what you’d expect from a good massage place in gay Thailand.

“I have tried N Prime massage in the past and have found them to be ok. The combination of massages available is good and the massage is good to excellent (depending on the masseur). They have many boys(young man) available and you choice from photos. The ending is sometimes great sometimes not so great , again depending on the masseur you choose! I will go back there again.”

Nice place right next to the Tawan Club. Recently bought by them and renamed “The Sun”. The boys they have here are all good looking and the ones I’ve tried can do a reasonable massage before they go on to the happy ending. Prices are reasonable and the service is good. There are many small massage places around in this area and I’m not sure too many of them train their boys. But this one obviously does.
The boys are all from the Tawan next door and it seems to give them day time employment. So the masseurs are all “chunky” (at least the ones I’ve seen.) If you like your boys strong, you’ll love this place.
